Order acceptance and destinations

Orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, fraud review, destination restrictions, and final acceptance. We ship only to destinations made available during checkout. Customers are responsible for confirming that an item may lawfully be purchased, possessed, and delivered to the selected destination.

Processing and shipment timing

Any processing or delivery time shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in a customer-service message is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders may require additional review because of payment verification, address issues, inventory, weather, carrier interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when the order was accepted—or, when no shipment time was stated, within the time required by applicable law—we will provide a delay notice and an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Shipping charges and tracking

ELORA-TRZ cold-container shipping: U.S. orders containing ELORA-TRZ 20 mg ship in a cold container for $25 total per order, including mixed-product orders. This charge applies once, not per vial.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed before an eligible order is submitted. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. A tracking event may take time to appear after a label is created.

Indianapolis local delivery

Local delivery is available for $15 within 10 miles of our Indianapolis base. Same-day local delivery is available for orders placed by 2 PM Indianapolis time.

Call 317-300-4596 or send a text to confirm address eligibility and arrange local delivery before placing your order. Regular business hours are daily, 8 AM to 7 PM.

After-hours delivery pricing varies by request; call or text for availability and cost. Local pickup is not available.

Address accuracy and changes

Review the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, postal code, email, and telephone number before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for carrier correction or reshipment charges when an inaccurate address was supplied.

Delivery, loss, damage, and missing items

Inspect a shipment promptly after delivery. If an order is damaged, missing an item, delivered incorrectly, lost in transit, or shown as delivered but not received, contact us as soon as possible and include the order number, photographs where relevant, and any carrier information. We may request reasonable documentation to investigate with the carrier.

Verified loss, damage, missing items, or incorrect-product claims are eligible for review. A case may be resolved by replacement, reshipment, carrier-claim assistance, or refund, depending on the verified circumstances. See our Refund and Returns Policy for additional details.

Cancellations and refused packages

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We may cancel and refund an order that has not entered fulfillment. Refusing a package does not automatically qualify an order for a refund; contact us before refusing or returning any shipment.
