ELORA-TRZ Research Guide
Two ingredients. Two research areas. One 20 mg custom blend. ELORA-TRZ contains eloralintide 10 mg and tirzepatide 10 mg per vial. This guide separates the known ingredient pathways from the questions researchers can investigate about their combination.
Elora: 10 mg
Eloralintide, also known as LY3841136, is a selective amylin receptor agonist. Amylin-associated biology includes nutrient-response regulation, satiety signaling and gastric-emptying models.
TRZ: 10 mg
Tirzepatide, also known as LY3298176, is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Published work characterizes receptor activity and signaling relevant to glucose-response models.
20 mg total
The blend has a 1:1 listed mass ratio. Total vial content is not a solution concentration, recommended dose or measure of biological potency.
How the pathways connect

Eloralintide → amylin receptor signaling → cellular response models. Tirzepatide → GIP and GLP-1 receptor signaling → glucose-response models. The dotted connection in the chart represents a research question about pathway interaction, not a measured benefit of this blend.
Questions for controlled research
- How does the blend’s measured response compare with each component alone in the same assay?
- Do concentration-response relationships change when both components are present?
- How do analytical identity, component content and stability behave in the finished formulation?
- Are the findings specific to the cell system, species or experimental conditions?
Ingredient evidence does not establish synergy, safety, stability or clinical effectiveness of the finished SRP blend. Published trials use defined study materials and protocols; their results should not be treated as results for this commercial research vial.
