Eloralintide 20 mg: Amylin Receptor Research

SRP Eloralintide is supplied as a 20 mg lyophilized research vial for controlled laboratory investigations of amylin-associated signaling. Eloralintide, also known as LY3841136, is an investigational peptide studied for selective amylin receptor activity.

Product details

  • Compound: Eloralintide
  • Amount: 20 mg per vial
  • Format: Lyophilized powder
  • Presentation: One SRP-labeled research vial
  • Category: SRP Custom Compounds

Research background

Published receptor assays compared activity at human amylin receptors and the calcitonin receptor. Those experiments reported preferential activation of AMY1R. These findings provide a basis for receptor-selectivity comparisons and cellular signaling studies; they do not establish the identity, purity, or performance of a particular commercial vial.

Potential laboratory study areas

  • Amylin receptor signaling and receptor-selectivity assays
  • Cellular response comparisons, including cAMP measurements
  • Metabolic signaling and nutrient-response models
  • Experimental investigation of satiety-associated and energy-balance pathways
  • Comparison with other amylin-related research compounds

Handling and documentation

Use validated laboratory protocols and obtain batch-specific documentation before experimental use. Storage conditions, solvent compatibility, and solution stability should be determined from the batch documentation and study protocol. No shelf life after preparation is asserted here.

Research reference

Research use only

Sold exclusively for laboratory research and development. Not for human or animal consumption, injection, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, weight-loss, appetite-control, supplement, or disease-treatment use. Not an approved medicine. Researchers are responsible for appropriate handling, experimental design, and applicable requirements.
