A customer may request assistance when the product received is different from the product listed on the customer’s confirmed order.
After the claim is reviewed and approved, Simple Research Peptides may, at its discretion, provide the correct product or issue a refund for the incorrectly shipped product.
An incorrect-product claim must be reported within five calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review. Customers should inspect their shipment promptly after delivery.

Unapproved returns may be refused and may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Once an incorrect-product claim has been verified, SRP will communicate the approved resolution by email.
The resolution may consist of shipping the correct product or issuing a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances of the order.
When a refund is approved, it will be submitted to the original payment method within five to ten business days.
Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when SRP confirms that an incorrect product was shipped and determines that reimbursement of the shipping charge is appropriate.
