Order Processing

At Simple Research Peptides, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We offer shipping through multiple carriers based on availability and customer preference, including but not limited to:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

Customers may select their preferred shipping method during checkout when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the selected carrier.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. Verified lost shipments may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and contents. We will review each claim individually and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Simple Research Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
