Refund Policy

At Simple Research Peptides, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and the need to maintain product integrity and quality standards, we do not accept returns once products have been shipped.

However, we understand that issues can occur. Refunds or replacements may be considered in certain circumstances, including:

• Products damaged during shipping.

• Incorrect items received.

• Missing items from an order.

• Orders that are lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of any damaged items or packaging. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Please note: Our products are sold for research and laboratory purposes only. Because of their sensitive nature, opened, used, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return or refund.
